CARE (Career and Resource Exchange) meeting Thursday, September 17, 2015

The CARE (Career and Resource Exchange) Comittee of RASD (Reference and Adult Services Division), a division of SCLA, will have it’s next meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at the Suffolk County Library System in Bellport.
Please join us for coffee at 2:00 pm – the meeting starts at 2:30 pm.  Along with discussion of the career resources at your library, we are excited that there will also be a speaker from Abilities, Inc.
Abilities, Inc. prepares adolescents and adults with all types of disabilities (cognitive, physical, learning, developmental) , and levels of experience, for entry or re-entry into the workforce, by assisting them in securing pre-employment services as well as employment so that they can enjoy independent living, full community participation and economic self-sufficiency.
Please email Linda Knel at MMSH at lsknel@gmail.com to let us know if you plan on attending, or if you have any questions about the committee or our speaker.
Looking forward to seeing you,
CARE Committee of RASD
