The 2009 Battle of the Books is co-sponsored by the Suffolk Cooperative Library System and YASD. It will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Stony Brook University. The regional competitions will take place in the morning and afternoon; the final competiton and the awards ceremony will take place in the evening.
