This month, in light of the release of IOS 10, the discussion will be centered around the level of assistance information technology and librarians provide regarding updating devices for patrons. \u00a0Do you go &#8220;all in&#8221; or do you have a handout, or are you strictly hands off? \u00a0Lets talk about updates on electronic devices, whether its phones, tablets, laptops or other devices (yes even GPS devices).<\/p>\n<p>Also a topic for conversation, what do you do with your old technology? \u00a0Once computers, monitors, keyboards and\/or\u00a0projectors\u00a0are upgraded, how does your library dispose of them. \u00a0Lets talk about how each library goes about this and think of creative ways to repurpose this technology.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, we always welcome questions and comments for the group with problems, suggestions, innovations and other input from the group.
