Breakfast will be served from 9:00 to 9:30am, a short meeting will be conducted from\u00a09:30\u00a0to 10:00am, and at\u00a010:00am, we will have our speakers discuss the topic for this year,\u00a0<strong>PTSD<\/strong>. This topic can be seen in children through adults, and not just the military. If you had any traumatic event, an accident, a robbery, family illness, you might be a candidate for PTSD. Come hear all the particulars at this workshop.<\/p>\n<p>Our speakers this year will be:<br \/>\nDr. Keith Shebairo,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Psychiatrist and Program Director of the PTSD residential unit at Northport VA medical center;\u00a0Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry, Stony Brook University School of Medicine {Voluntary Faculty};\u00a0Board certified in adult, child, and forensic psychiatry.<br \/>\nDr.\u00a0Jenna L\u00a0Taglienti,\u00a0\u00a0specializing in seeing Adult psychiatric patients with a vast array of disorders.\u00a0 She is the associate director of the psychiatry residency program at Stony Brook, and outpatient department.\u00a0 This is where she works currently seeing private patients as well as supervising the resident physicians daily.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Health Concerns Committee of RASD, a Division of SCLA, will hold their Annual Meeting and Breakfast at SCLS on\u00a0Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 9:00am.
