2015 RASD SLMA Award Winners Announced

The winners have been announced! The 2015 RASD SLMA Awards were presented at the SCLA Dinner at Villa Lombardi’s. We are happy to announce that Connetquot Library (Susann Altman) received a certificate of participation for their “Celebrating 40 Years “campaign, the Smithtown Library (Julie DeLaney, Public Relations Assistant) received an Honorable Mention ribbon for their “350th Anniversary of Smithtown Program” and the Patchogue/Medford Library (Laura Accardi, Library Development Assistant & Karen McCahey, Community Program Coordinator) won this year’s SLMA Award for their “We Love You Too” campaign. They will have SLMA Plaque to display in their library for one year.

Please be sure to attend the RASD PR & Marketing Committee Meeting on 1/21/16 at SCLS at 10:00 a.m. to review the details of these creative marketing campaigns and to share your ideas. Thanks go out to the RASD Board for supporting this award and to SCLA for allowing us to present it at the Annual Dinner.

NAC of RASD Meeting December 21 at 9:30am
