Health Concerns Committee Reference and Adult Services Division of SCLA Presents: Navigating Consumer Health Information Presented By Jessica Koos, MLS, MSEd, AHIP: Thursday, September 29 - 2:30pm Navigating consumer health information can be a daunting task, but fear not! This class will give you the skills and confidence you need in order to provide reliable resources to patrons and loved ones. This train-the-trainer model will introduce how to effectively use various websites and tools in the following areas: general consumer health, local health information, and up-to-date COVID-19 data. Tips and tricks for identifying misinformation will also be covered. Join us, and learn how to lead your community along the right path to better health! To be presented live via Zoom!
