RASD Media Committee Meeting on Monday, October 16

Join us on Monday, October 16, for the RASD Media Committee meeting at the Suffolk Cooperative Library System, 9:30 a.m. for coffee and networking, 10:00 a.m. for the meeting.
We will discuss digitization projects for local history collections. Melanie Cardon-Leathers will be talking about her work at Longwood Library and its extensive online collection.  Ruth Westfall and Ellen Nasto from SCLS will also discuss their work with digitization projects and their new Story Corp lending bundle.  Bring your questions, and let’s talk about the types of digitization projects you have at your library!
We’ll also discuss media storage space issues and media fine rates.
