The RASD PR & Marketing Committee is seeking submissions for the 4th Annual SLMA – Suffolk Library Marketing Award

Recognizing the best public relations marketing campaign by a public or academic library in Suffolk County. Any department of a public or academic library in Suffolk County may submit an application with the details about a library marketing campaign that occurred entirely between September 16, 2016 and September 15, 2017. Applications can be found on the RASD PR & Marketing Committee’s webpage at rasdpr.wordpress.com

The theme for this year’s Long Island Library conference is “Reach for the Stars” and will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at the Melville Marriot. At this time we are asking the Library Associations and Divisions to submit their proposed program offerings. The attached sponsor form must be completed and returned no later than January 9, 2017.
