TIF meeting @ South Country Library

Thursday, February 7

South Country Library

“TIF’s February meeting topic is going to be attracting adults into our makerspaces.  Whether you have a formal makerspace or are programming for aspects of STEM/STEAM, we usually target our programming towards children and teens.  Lets explore some of these issues:

  • How do we attract adults – target our programming
  • What should we offer adults
  • In house staff instructors vs. contracting outside programmers
  • What is the goal of the program specifically targeting adults
  • Single program vs series (and if a series how we get them back for second and third sessions)

Bring your thoughts, experiences, ideas.  We will also have our round table discussion to share our questions, ideas, successes and failures.

Remember, if you can’t make it, we do stream the session on the TIF Facebook page through Facebook Live. To subscribe to our CATS/TIF Google Group, please email: chris.decristofaro@sachemlibrary.org. “
