Hi Folks,
It’s time for our April 2014 TIF Meeting.
Anthony Martocello will be discussing the process of setting up a MinecraftEDU Server. The good, the bad and everything in between, Anthony will share his knowledge of the ever expanding Minecraft World.
We will also have a lively discussion on what libraries are doing to support the use of mobile devices. We will go over how both staff and public users can benefit from having access to this type of technology. From setting up a simple mobile technology display to featured library applications, we’ll compare our experiences with everything mobile.
We will conclude our meeting with a discussion regarding mobile patron printing. Many libraries have setup the ability for patrons to print from their own portable devices. Come learn and share your thoughts on this exciting extension of patron service.
